Founder and President
As Founder and President of Peak Processing Solutions, Gregg has an extensive network of contacts within the Canadian cannabis industry and a proven track record establishing key systems and programs in the start-up space to allow for rapid scalability.
Prior to founding Peak Processing Solutions, Gregg was Vice President of Commercial Strategy, one of Canada’s largest licensed producers of cannabis. During his four-year tenure, the company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and achieved a C$2.4 billion market cap.
Gregg also has several years of experience managing private and public entity accounting and finance functions, as well as supply chain and business development functions in the cannabis industry.
Mary Jo Camboia
Vice President, Quality Assurance
Mary Jo is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with more than 15 years of experience spanning nutraceutical, cannabis, manufacturing, sales and distribution industries. She has established quality systems from ground zero for companies that are now multi-billion-dollar entities.
Previously, Mary Jo was Director of Quality at a leading cannabis producer, where she was instrumental in establishing the company as a market-leader in delivering quality and consistent cannabis products.
Mary Jo also has a thorough understanding of the Cannabis Act, and extensive experience working with Health Canada.
Vice President, Strategic Operations
Ian has over a decade of experience in medical device development and manufacturing spanning surgical robotics, consumable medical products, and most recently cannabis.
Previously, Ian was Director of Operational Strategy at one of the largest cannabis producers in Canada, where he was responsible for new product development, process automation and equipment procurement. In this role Ian successfully developed and launched a wide range of new cannabis products into the Canadian recreational market.
Vice President, Regulatory and Commercial Affairs
Michael previously practiced as a Corporate / Regulatory Lawyer. While practicing law, he represented National and International clients in various corporate and regulatory matters, including contractual agreements, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
Most recently, he served as Director of International Business Development and Regulatory Affairs at a leading Canadian cannabis producer. In this role, Michael successfully navigated Canadian and International cannabis regulatory markets to expand the company’s presence.
Justin Binder, PhD
MANAGER OF SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENT
Justin holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Windsor. He has 6 years of research experience in synthetic chemistry and has authored over 35 peer-reviewed research articles and conference presentations.
Justin has received numerous awards from the University of Windsor, the Natural Sciences and Engineering Council of Canada (NSERC) and the American Chemical Society in recognition of his scientific achievements.
Justin currently leads several cross-disciplinary research initiatives focused on novel delivery methods for cannabis extracts and their applications in consumer-packaged goods
